Order Processing And Cancellation
Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 7:00pm US EST (Eastern Standard Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. House of Cozy will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.
Refunds are issued for missed guaranteed shipments and will be processed by House of Cozy within 7 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7 to 10 business days to post to your account.
Please note: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Inventory Availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on House of Cozy, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as in your shipping confirmation.
Because of the contracts and relationships we have with our vendors, the merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes.

House of Cozy accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay and PayPal.
Returns/Exchanges
30-DAY RETURNS/EXCHANGES (FREE within 15 days)
A prepaid shipping label is included in all orders shipped within the U.S.
Please Note: Packages received at House of Cozy after 15 days will incur a $10 fee, which will be charged at the time of your return.
• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
• Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund.
• Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
• Final Sale items may not be returned.
• House of Cozy monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
Pre-Paid Returns:
1. To make a return using House of Cozy's prepaid return label, complete the return form included in your order and repackage your merchandise securely. Cover or remove any original mailing address labels or carrier barcodes on the package.
2. Affix the prepaid House of Cozy shipping label (included in your order) to the package. Be sure to keep the top portion of the label for your records and tracking.
3. Drop your package off at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or post office. You can also visit www.usps.com/pickup to arrange for a free pick-up.
4. You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
